All % increases and per-scroll values are measured on total fight damage (avg/hit × window), so Time, Rage and other stats that affect the window or ramp are fairly compared.
Power: scroll cost = 12 × level × multiplier (×1 below 51, ×3 from 51–70, ×8 from 71+).
Time: extends the fight window (29 + Time hits) and improves the Rage ramp average; capped at 30; cost = 8 × (Time+1).
Rage: ramps up +10%/hit from hit 2, capped at Rage×5%, averaged over the full window — the per-hit correction factor (Rage!H73) is applied to every damage value shown. Capped at 15; cost = 12 × (Rage+1).
Crit & Deva: computed directly from the formula (the sheet's hardcoded constants are stale). Crit cost = 8 × (Crit+1), Deva cost = 12 × (Deva+1).
